We offer delivery options from Royal Mail, Parcel Force and now DPD. Our main delivery service is Tracked RoyalMail48, this is classed as a tracked service. This service will aim to be delivered within 2 working days of dispatch. We also offer a free Royal Mail service, this service doesn't offer a signature. Any large items will be sent via ParcelForce 48Large, this may add a couple of days to the delivery due to its weight and size.
We offer seasonal delivery promotions, where we offer free delivery on areas such as clothing, protection and accessories. If you can find these options when you get to the basket. This service doesn't offer a signature and will be sent via a standard Royal Mail tracked service unless stated otherwise.
To ensure that we can offer the level of service which we feel is acceptable, bicycle purchases will be recommended to be collected only from our store. This allows us to provide a personalised bicycle set-up and provide you with all the information required to ensure you get the most out of your new pride and joy. If you decide to have the bike shipped, it will be sent via Parcel Force on a tracked and insured service and you will receive our basic assembly instructions to make sure the bike is safe to ride. If you have any issues or questions, stop and phone the shop for assistance.
Orders placed (In-stock only) between 2 pm Friday and the following Monday evening, will be sent out Tuesday afternoon. Any orders placed between 2 pm Tuesday and 2 pm Friday will be sent out that Friday afternoon. For large items, these will be sent out via ParcelForce 48Large.

If an item (or items) in your basket are out of stock, we will dispatch in-stock items immediately and place out-of-stock items on backorder, to be dispatched as soon as they arrive with us. Depending on the item and the supplier this can take from a couple of days to several weeks. Please contact us to enquire about the order status of any out-of-stock items you have ordered.
