We offer delivery options from Royal Mail, Parcel Force and now DPD. We recommend DPD Local (Next Day delivery, from when we dispatch your order) or ParcelForce 24HR, our only fully-tracked delivery services. This service will aim to be delivered with 2 working days of dispatch. We also offer a free Royal Mail service, this service doesn't offer a signature.
We offer seasonal delivery promotions, where we offer free delivery on areas such as clothing, protection and accessories. If you can find these options when you get to the basket. This service doesn't offer a signature and will be sent via a standard Royal Mail service, unless stated otherwise.
To ensure that we are able to offer the level of service which we feel is acceptable, bicycle purchases will be recommended to be collection only from the store. This allows us to provide a personalised bicycle set-up and provide you with all the information required to ensure you get the most out of your new pride and joy. If you decide to have the bike shipped, it will be sent via Parcel Force on a tracked and insured service and you will recieve our basic assembly instructions to make sure the bike is safe to ride. If you have any issues or questions, stop and phone the shop for assistance.
All orders for in-stock items placed before 2pm (Tuesday – Friday) are dispatched same-day via Royal Mail or DPD and Parcel Force if it's a large item. Orders placed btween Saturday - Monday will be dispatched on Tuesday.
If you require a Saturday delivery please contact us by phone on 01978 751656 and we will try and arrange this, although additional delivery charges may apply.
If an item (or items) in your basket are out of stock, we will dispatch in-stock items immediately and place out-of-stock items on backorder, to be dispatched as soon as they arrive with us. Depending on the item and the supplier this can take from a couple of days to several weeks. Please contact us to enquire about the order status of any out-of-stock items you have ordered.
