Hassle-free returns

It is important to everyone at Oneplanet Adventure that you are over the moon with your new purchase. However, if for any reason you aren’t, we do offer a 365-day returns policy. Items purchased from the Oneplanet Adventure website, with the exception of custom-built bikes, wheels or ex-demo / ex-rental bikes can be returned, provided the item has not been used or fitted and is in its original packaging with a valid proof of purchase.

The quickest way to return an item to us is to drop it into the store with the original receipts and packaging that came with the order here at Oneplanet Adventure, Coed Llandegla Forest, Ruthin Rd, Llandegla, LL11 3AA. But if you wish to return your purchase by post simply complete our returns form, which we send out with every order, and provide us with all the details of why you wish to return your purchase with again the original receipt or invoice and all the packaging that came with the order. Once you have completed the Returns Form send your package back to us at Oneplanet Adventure, Coed Llandegla Forest, Ruthin Rd, Llandegla, LL11 3AA.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner, we suggest that you use a recorded postal/courier service. Please ensure that the service you use covers the value of the goods in the parcel. Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless an item is found to be faulty, in which case any postage costs will be reimbursed following our assessment of the product. To ensure your return arrives safely at the centre, we recommend using Royal Mail as they are aware of what to do with our returns from customers.

It can take 5 days for your parcel to reach us depending on the postal service that is used. Once we receive your parcel we will aim to inspect and process your return within 24 hours. Refunds can take up to 5 days to appear in your account. Credit and debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase. You will receive an email update upon the completion for your return.

If you wish to exchange an item for any reason the quickest and simplest way to do this is to place a new order for the item you want and return the other item for a refund.

Faulty items and warranty claims

If you believe an item you have received from us is faulty please contact us by email or phone before returning the item.

All products purchased from Oneplanet Adventure come with a full warranty which covers manufacturing faults and defects in workmanship. If you feel that your purchase has developed a fault, please call or email us. If you email, it is really helpful to include photographs of your product and please also include your original order number.

Flip open the Levo 4’s downtube hatch and behold the Wattage Cottage; roomy enough for the stock 840Wh battery and SWAT storage. Specialized pioneered internal downtube storage, and now we bring it to you first on an e-MTB. Secured above the battery magnetically, the SWAT bag holds trailside essentials like a tube and CO2. Swap in the smaller aftermarket 600Wh battery and boom, extra space for a jacket or other gear. No bike frame has ever packed so much storage. Clean, clever, and ready to roll.

Levo 4 — like all of our full suspension bikes — are built to be relentless, designed to endure years of hard riding and backed by industry-leading support and policies to keep you on the trail. Our unbeatable no-questions-asked lifetime suspension pivot bearing replacement policy to the original owner is just one way we've got you covered.

S-Sizing is based on what matters: rider style, not inseam. Six sizes, all with similar head tube lengths and standover, allow you to choose the size that best suits how you ride. Smaller S-Size numbers will be more nimble, thanks to their shorter reach and front-center measurement, while bigger S-Sizes deliver more stability and a roomier ride.

Patent-pending GENIE suspension technology grants every trail rider’s wishes:

  • Control-enhancing, linear performance of a coil spring in the "bump zone".
  • Progressive spring curve at the end of the stroke to prevent bottom-outs.
  • Simple tunability for riders who want to personalize platform and feel.

The Levo 4 geometry delivers an exceptional ride right out of the box, combining big-bike capability with nimble manners in tight sections. Riders who love to fine-tune can easily personalize their ride.

  1. The shock Flip Chip adjusts the bottom bracket to a low position for stability, or high for pedal clearance.
  2. The head tube angle can be set to three positions, steeper for sharper steering or relaxed for greater stability.
  3. The seat stay Flip Chip adjusts the wheelbase for stability with a longer setting or enhanced maneuverability with a shorter one.

The Levo 4 unlocks your ability to ride farther than ever, powered by the game-changing efficiency of the S-Works 3.1 motor. Its 27:1 gear ratio keeps the motor spinning at higher, more efficient RPMs, unlike slower-spinning motors that drain batteries faster. We've also increased voltage to reduce current, minimizing energy loss in transmission lines. The result? The best range-to-weight ratio in the game, setting a new standard for efficiency and performance.


Easily open the Levo 4’s Wattage Cottage and unlock a modular battery system that lets you go big or go nimble. The stock 840Wh battery delivers serious range. Need more? Slap on the aftermarket 280Wh Range Extender for an unmatched 1,120Wh of all-day adventure battery capacity. Prefer agility? The aftermarket 600Wh battery keeps it light and lively. The side-hatch makes swaps a breeze, and with all batteries passing IP67 standards, your power is “waterproof”.

The MasterMind on-board control unit delivers next-level rider experience and integration with the largest, highest resolution on a bike. It puts every detail you need front and center: charge level, motor support mode, ride data, your personal performance metrics. It even easily connects with other devices via bluetooth.
