Sometimes you feel like you’re getting worked by the trail, rather than the other way around.
You find it difficult to lift your front wheel over steps and obstacles on the trail, which can sometimes stop you in your tracks
This is a 1 day course, the course starts at approx 9.30am and will finish about 5.00pm

Cheri is very experienced in MTB and an excellent instructor. The course was well-planned and fun.
